Leo (Xin Liu) is an award-winning visual artist based on Prince Edward Island, Canada. His multidisciplinary practice—spanning painting, cyanotype, ink, printmaking, and conceptual storytelling—has been featured by CBC and recognized internationally with the 2025 Luxembourg Art Prize Certificate of Artistic Achievement.
As an educator, Leo developed the ARTS Teaching System (Awareness–Reflection–Transformation–Solution) and works closely with IRSA and community organizations to bring contemporary art and cultural awareness to young learners across PEI.
